ExactRacing reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate any membership where it was thought by our staff that information taken from this site was being used in a way we feel was inappropriate, this would include sharing of membership. This website has built in security features to highlight such activities.
All advice issued to members is for guidance only, you may or may not at your own discretion follow our selected advice. ExactRacing are not in any way responsible for the amount of money staked on any selections, or any losses thereafter, due to the selection being unsuccessful. It is not, nor will it be at any time, our intention to encourage high levels of gambling, we make only a few careful selections per month, this is not a site for anyone who may be addicted in any way to daily betting.
ExactRacing reserve the right to change the content of the website without notice, we also reserve the right to amend subscription fees to new members without notice and to current members after giving 14 days notice, all notice will be given in email form to the email address given at sign-up, it is the responsibility of all members to update their details in the members database by contacting ExactRacing.

Client advice issued over a period of a month is not a set number of selections, and can change from month to month depending on racing fixtures. The selections can cover racing both from the UK and Ireland.
Your monthly subscription costs will automatically be taken from your credit/debit card or Paypal account at the same time each month. You are responsible for canceling the subscription should you wish to leave Exact Racing at any time. This is easily done through PayPal or by canceling on your members page before your next payment is due. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances should a payment come out of your account without it being cancelled before its due date.
No results can be at all guaranteed, all advice is given to the client to be used completely at their own discretion, and past results are not in any way a guarantee of future success.
In joining Exact Racing you are agreeing to keep all information advised to you as a paying client, strictly confidential and solely for your own personal use.
Cancellation of membership will be solely the clients responsibility.
Exact Racing cannot accept responsibility for any loss of service due to Internet Service Providers or Hardware and Software faults, either of its clients or its own.
There is no minimum term of Membership and all paid subscriptions will be recurring, any paid subscription fees will be non-refundable.
Exact Racing does not give refunds under any circumstance due to the nature of our service. All information required to make a decision about a purchase from this website is available. If you have second thoughts about joining the service once subscription has commenced you can cancel any future payments.
Membership fees are subject to periodic review.
